Reliable, Quality CF

I'm off to Costa Rica for 5 days in April, and I'll be needing about 8 gB of storage for my trip. I know there's plenty of cheap storage out there, but I believe that name-brand, premium memory is less likely to encounter corruption or other failure, so I'm willing to spend for reliability, but I don't want to pay for premium speed that I won't likely need. I may shoot some rapid sequences, but I don't expect to be blasting off 20 shots in 4 seconds.
So, what brand and model would you recommend?
Also, would you favor two 4-gB or a single 8-gB (or four 2-gB)?
Body is a D200.
Sorry for the mundane question!
Thanks,
