Best pro photographers websites?

I want to build a good photography website for showcasing & selling prints of my images. I have years of programming experience, so I can either build something from scratch or customise an off-the-shelf package. What I'm looking for is pointers to really great photography sites - easy to navigate, look good, useful features, etc.

So which sites of commercial photographers do you really like? Not the images, but the site design.

I want to go for a clean, cross-browser solution, and I'm quite interested in using AJAX techniques rather than Flash. Ideally I'd like to pull photo titles & keywords out of IPTC data, and provide really good searching facilities.
