Thank you for sharing your view. I read the article on CNN ... $75,000 damage to his hotel room. Good reason not to wear nylon and polyester clothing. It was the manufacturers battery in the cell phone. There are also cases involving "BIC" lighters, hair dryers, electric toothbrushes and, of course, just getting gas at your local gas station. There is no statistical probability I know of, that makes the OEM battery any safer than a 3rd party's battery. (whispering) ... didn't a bunch of laptop manufacturers have a recall on THEIR batteries? As for the "quality of your opinion"? (smiling) ... I value yours, as much as you do mine I guess folks reading this will form their own.
