MIS or MediaStreet ink
Jan 3, 2007

OK, I have decided to use 3rd party inks in my Canon i9900. That's a given. I am aware there are those who are equally convinced nothing but OEM inks are acceptable but that is not my question here. I am looking for feed back from experienced users on the merits of MIS inks vs MediaStreet inks.

As background information, I have used InkJet Goodies ink (now MediaStreet ink) for about 3 years in my Canon i950 and have had no clogging problems and the longevity is as good as the original Canon inks (in my estimation). Recently I have seen discussions about the high quality of MIS inks and am thinking of changing from IJG to MIS. I am not convinced the quality at IJG is the same as it used to be what with the switch to MediaStreet. Possibly it is the same ink as before but who can be sure.

I would be interested in hearing form users of either or both MIS and IJG inks.

Thanks

Elrond
