D200 Portraits--Opinions?

This woman had just gotten married to a close friend by a JP.

The first was shot with a 17-55 in natural light (cloudy) and edited with PSP-X.

The last three, also with the 17-55, are straight from the camera, shot with natural light (open window), hand held at a ridiculous 1/5 second @ f/2.8. I probably should have gone for ISO 400 given the amount of light and the fact that I had no room for a tripod (although I nearly had one of my own in the making :-p)--but I wanted that butter-smooth finish.
