UPS sucks (like you didn't know that already)

Placed my order with B&H last Sunday and paid for 3 day because the last time my order was misdirected TWICE!

My three day order placed the 29th of October is now due for delivery on the 6th of November.

I called B&H customer service and asked for a refund on the 3 day charge and they told me that if I call back when I get the package and they will file a complaint.

Oh brother. I think UPS must own the local camera store.
