What's the best photo you've missed?

Mine: I saw a meter maid getting towed in it's little golf cart buggy one day at lunch, but this was before I had an SLR - I was using a compact digicam, and before I could get AF a bus blocked my view.

Today I saw something pretty bizarre in the news, and it didn't have a photo to accompany it. That's pretty unusual this day in age, but then so is the quote: "We are not issuing a squirrel alert ..."
