Video Card dilemma

My first choice is the Matrox 650 PCI express 128 meg. However would this ATI all in wonder card take a close second (see below)? If not I'll spend the extra 100 or so for the matrox card
ATI Technologies All-in-Wonder 2006 Edition Video Card, PCI Express, 256MB GDDR
I will be using the card for photoshop CS2 graphic and photo work. I almost never play games.....I don't even have kids that would play games....
