Which Lenses Should I Sell

I have a 20D.

Lenses:
18-55 with Phoenix Super Fish Eye attached - will keep
70-300 IS - will keep

The following lenses I have decided to sell. I would replace them with the 17-55 and the 24-105. I shoot mainly on the short end 24 to 70.

17-85 - Have never been pleased with this lens.
10-22 - A fine lens but would rather go with 17-55 for the glass.
100 2.8 Macro - A fine lens but I hardly use it.

After selling these three lenses I would have about 3/4 of the amount of money to purchase the 17-55 and the 24-105.
