How to make professional HDR images using Photoshop CS2

Lots of people use Photomatix, but few use Photoshop -- and I think Photoshop often does a much better job. I went ahead and whipped up a tutorial on how I use Photoshop to create mine; the HDR creation part really isn't too terribly hard, though you need to know a thing or two about post-processing to get the most out of it.
