Best HD configuration MacPro

Hi all,
What would you consider to be the best configuration of harddrives in the MacPro?
I'm thinking of a 150 GB Raptor (10.000rpm) for my program (system) files and 2 x 400 GB harddrives in Raid-0 (speed) for my photo libaries and other files. The last slot I will use for a 750GB harddrive which I will use as a backup drive.
Anyone have a different opinion/recommendation for my harddrive setup in the MacPro?
