Photo enhancing software

I have a sore right arm from using the mouse!! I have only had our S30 since the day before Christmas, but I have changed and rechanged pictures several times, as I am enlightened to new freeware software.
I just downloaded DCEnhance and I find it better than any others I have. (Zoombrowser, PhotoImpression, IrFanView). Now I am finding I can improve the pictures I already improved before!
Is there any other wonderful picture enhancing software I should look into before changing photos again?--Brian Miller
