Thoughts on this back up software please...

I'm running WinXP on several computers and want feedback / thoughts on the Microsoft Backup Utility that's installed on my PC's...good?

It seems to do what I need it to...runs full and incremental backups of entire drives or files of my choosing.

I'm looking to back up folders mainly.....any thoughts?

It's found under the accessories menu and when it runs I believe it's called Shadow Copy.
