I'm thinking about this Dell configuration

My PC has become way too slow for CS2, DXO or Lightroom.
As I don't know much about PCs and definitely have no intention of building one myself (just opening the case to add memory would scare the hell out of me), I'm looking toward Dell, which I understand is better than HP, Sony or any other "brand name". Do you agree with that statement ?
I'm thinking about this config :
Dell XPS 410 with :
Core2Duo E6400
2GB dual channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667 Mhz-2 DIMMs (don't ask what all this means)
HD : 320 GB SATA 7200 RPM (does someone know the brand of the HDs Dell uses ?)
Video card : 256MB nVidia Geforce 7300LE Turbo Cache
Monitor : UltraSharp 2007 FPW Widescreen. Actually, I'd like not to buy it and save money (I already have a monitor) but it does not look like I could do it, at least not on their web site.
I have no clue which motherboard Dell uses, so I have to assume it's good enough for me...
I'm only using my PC for CS2, DXO and other post processing softwares, plus some browsing, word processing, etc.
I have read many posts but they all mention how to build your PC and, as mentioned, this is definitely not an option for me.
Thanks !
