Reading Thoms Ebook.

I've just bought Thom Hogans Ebook for the D50, it seems very useful, but every time I open it in adobe reader 7 it starts at the first page (not the page I got to when I last closed the file)! This makes reading it properly (as opposed to chapter browsing) very difficult. Have I overlooked some functionality in adobe reader, or it there another bit of software that people use? If its always like this, its a poor format to use for ebooks!
