Fastest NEF viewer

Based on your experience what is the fastest NEF viewer (from D200 if it matters)? I need to go efficiently through a large number of images this weekend, and quickly discard what is not good. I start with a combination of Nikon View and/or IDImager (which is certainly not the fastest one around the block for this). Then in my next step I go into the other steps like Capture, NX or Photoshop/Bridge.

Nikon View is pretty quick, but maybe there is something quicker, and will maybe allow to add ratings.
