SD700 IS or S80

Help!

I cant decide between the two...i know that one is larger then the other etc..but to me image quality a range of different lighting situation is more important then size.

My questions were that does the SD700 have a histogram display?

I am also concerned about the smaller CCD on the 700...its really hard to make a jugdement without look at 100% full size images straight from the camera without any sharpening or post processing....

Any help would be appriciated.
