Comparison 200-400 vs 70-200

Lens lust has struck again. I'm looking to purchase the 200-400VR fill out the range of zooms I currently have; 12-24, 17-55, 70-200VR. Does anyone have a photo of this lens mounted on a tripod or monopod. I'm trying to get an idea of size to see if handholding is even an option.
Also, does anyone know of where to find the best deal on this lens?
