Headed to Tokyo in 10 days and need a 18-200 VR

I'm leaving for Tokyo on the 23rd and would like a nice walking around lens. I purchased a Canon IS S2, but after using the camera, I'm going to return it. I normally shoot with my D70 and am used to much cleaner images. I also normally shoot in RAW and can fix things if necessary. The S2 only saves in JPEG format.

Anybody know where I can get the Nikon 18-200VR? I'm in Alexandria, VA and have been unable to locate a lens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
