D200 kit with 18-200 - anyone have it in stock???

I have finally got a buyer for my D70 with kit lens and now can't find any reseller with the D200 kit with 18-200VR2 lens in stock.

Anyone aware of a reseller with this available for immediate sale? I leave in one week for Blue Ridge, GA and would really like to have a camera to take some pics of the national park there in the mountains of Northern Georgia.
