Upgrade to Capture NX

Right now I'm using primarily Nikon View and the Adobe Camera Raw plug in for editing raw. I really, really want to use Capture but wondered if anyone thought there might be an 'upgrade price' from the current version to NX?
.... or will a completely new purchase (at full price) of the new program likely be required? Really want the software - have had the D200 since February - but don't want to shell out the full amount for a 2nd program when NX is due soon.
