Nikon AF-S DX18-70+55-200 or Nikon 18-200VR?

I have a D200 and i am waiting for my AF-S DX 18-70 lens.

Should i couple it with the AF-S DX 55-200 or return it and buy a 18-200 instead?
And What about the Sigma 70-300 APO MacroII instead of the Nikon 55-200?
