In early December last I applied for the £100 cashback on the Canon 20D I purchased in November. However, despite emails and letters to both Canon UK and their cashback agents in Ireland, I have heard NOTHING from them.

I have been a Canon customer for about 20 years and currently own a whole range of their photo kit plus Printers and Scanner. I cannot believe how cavalier they have been. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how do I get them to react?
They clearly take their customers for granted.
