Get as big a CF card as you can afford - the bigger the better

The 2Gb CF card only holds 119 shots in NEF. I can shoot 300 images in an hour doing wildlife. You really want as big a CF card as you can afford, and in fact you'll want 2 cards. If you're using a D200, you obviously want to maximize your image quality - thus you shoot NEF or RAW for those who don't know what NEF is. If you intend on printing the image, convert it to TIF with NC or CS2. If you want to use it as a slide (eg on the web), then convert it to JPG - but retain your "digital negative" as an NEF.
