light diffuser

I am wanting to get a good diffuser for my 430EX flash and am looking at these two.

Sto-fen Omni Bounce $19.95 US ( http://www.stofen.com/Store/Products.htm )

Lightsphere II $48.00 US ( http://store.garyfonginc.com/liiido.html )

If anyone has any input on these or any other diffusers please let me know what you think.

ps- I don't mind spending the extra money on the lightshere IF it is worth it.
