New Sigma 70-200 f/2.8

Looks like Sigma annouced a new lens today.

Can anybody speculate on:

1) Street price
2) Will it replace the non-Macro 70-200 f/2.8?

3) Will the image quality be drastically different with two new ELD elements (extraordinary low dispertion) to go along with the existing SLD elements? Or is this just marketing hype?
