Ideas for Baptism Shots
Feb 2, 2006
|
I want to take some "formal" portraits of my son in his baptism gown. The gown has some very intrecate designs that I need to catch (white thread on white fabric). I don't have any lightboxes or external lighting equipment, save a 580 flash and a slave, both of which can be pulled off the camera.
I have lots of foamcore to use as a reflectors, and one gold disk that I can use to reflect light.
I do have a tripod.
Any suggestions on how I can take this photograph with my 20d and have something worthy to hang on the wall? I've had trouble pulling the details in the outfit in older attempts, so I'm wanting to start over with some fresh ideas.
Thanks.
