ip5200 printer drivers

On Canon.com (usa) the printer driver for Canon Printer ip5200, is version
1.9b. On Canon co.uk. driver version is 1.9 does anyone know if either one of the drivers is suitable for download for use in UK model printer. I believe that the USA model is not equipped with CD printing, will this account for the difference in the version number.
