Macro lens setup 27:1

Here the setup. D100, AF200/4D micro + AF50/1.8 reverse + 560 mm extention tubes (home made). Total 27:1

Example:
Part of a wing from a small mosquito. Wing part show 0.9x0.6mm surface.
