I love my new Mac BUT...........

........ only for iTunes and email.

Recently bought a new iMac G5 upgraded to 1GB memory but I find it so slow sometimes when viewing 5mb RAW files taken with my new D70s back up camera.

Following shoots I have to review 200-300 NEF images for the best ones, sharpness etc but using Nikon Viewer it takes ages to sharpen each image to view maing my workflow very complicated indeed.

Am finding that I have to download all pics to my old PC (almost 4 years old now and not the fastest PC of it's time), reveiw all the images (using the same version of NC), then swap my portable hard drive over to the Mac.

Also, after 4 weeks I still find the blue toothe mouse impossible to work with so I end up doing most of my processing on my V old PC using Photoshop 7 instead of CS on my Mac.

However, I do have a great Mac-Dukebox to listen to on my desk! - Oh - it's good for converting RAW files to jpg's!

Is this only me?
