Your best / favourite photo of 2005

I took this idea from another photo forum, the idea is that everyone (who wants to) can only post ONE photo which they deem to be their best this year or their favourite of the year.

This one of mine is my favourite I have taken this year. Taken from near the top of Mt Teide in Tenerife (3,500 meters up, I did go all the way to the top but thats another load of photo's), looking out over the old crater towards the island of La Gomera in the distance.

I think its the visible curvature of the earth and the darkness of the stratosphere that makes it a favourite.
