Frames

I went through the first 5 or 6 pages of threads after searching for 'frames' and couldn't find anything pertinent. Where do people order frames from? I found a couple of places:

2 questions. (1)Has anybody used either of these vendors or (#2) anybody using another good quality vendor? Thanks in advance for your help. (I am asking this in other forums as well.)
