FL36 not work

Hi

I bought the FL36, but it works very bad
so I think to bring it back to the store

1) it is difficult to put ON or OFF
2) it make the light only at first shot
and with the following not work at all
I have to put it OFF and ON to make it working
3) often the light is not syncronized with the
photo so the image is dark.

My E1 seems to work well in other cases
do you think it is the flash or the camera
that have problems ?
