[20D] Pop-up Flash Won't Pop

Last night I went to take a picture and tried to raise the pop-up flash and it wouldn't come up. I would not raise using the button on the side (in "P" mode). It would not raise automatically when set in one of the auto modes. I also could not manually lift it, however, I don't remember if that was possible before either. I'm not aware of the camera getting dropped or otherwise abused.

Any ideas or am I headed off to Canon service?
