20D vrs. 1DMark II

Which of these two cameras shoots the best in low light? I have heard the 20D can shoot at ISO 1600. How about the 1D Mark II. Also, the 20D can shoot at 5 fps, vrs. the 1D Mark II at 8.5 fps. Is the Mark II worth $2500 more?
