Way to put PSA tags into EXIF info?

I want to get out of the Photoshop Album product family. I'm currently running V1, and outgrown it's use.

Does anyone know where I can find a tool that will write the PA tag information from Access into the image file itself (EXIF info, etc?) so that I can use that information to retag the photo in another -- better -- DAM product?

Or, better yet, are there any other DAM products (ACDSee, iView, Portfolio, etc.) that can read PSA 1.0 tag info?
