Canon i9900 drivers and logic board questions
Sep 9, 2005

That subject line is enough ot frighten the hardiest of techies off I think but here goes any way.

My 10 month old i9900 has just come back from Canon after they replaced the logic board. I plugged it in, lined up a few photos in Qimage and no matter what I do, it says the printer is offline.

Do I need to reinstall the drivers? I figure that's my next step but thought I'd ask anyway as I'm not sure what that does to my Qimage settings as well and I don't really want to go through the grief of setting up Qimage again.

If I set a restore point in Windows will it keep the Qimage settings for me as well or is that purely for Windows and not the programs that interact with it?

If it's not the drivers (I've tried two cables so it's not that) do you have any ideas?
