Epson R2400 & Weink carts

is anyone here using them?

I got a load of carts (been filling them from Epson 4800 110ml cart), but they don't appear to be working properly.

I didn't get any of the black "bungs" with my carts and I'm wondering whether the fill or vent holes should be sealed up with tape for use in the printer?

Any help gratefully received!
