The A95 is a superb camera, it's basically the old A80 with the G5 CCD in and a bigger LCD - a Pocket sized G5 with a slower lens almost ! .. the A520 uses a smaller CCD which I don't think gives the same image quality - close but not quite there. It's been discontinued a while I think...

the Image quality is as good as the 4Mp 1:1.8" CCD cameras (G3, A80, S400) but with 1 more Megapixel - noise is higher at higher ISOs and there's a touch more purple fringing but I think the tradeoff is worth it if you need the print size or want to crop.
