Qimage and Photoshop

I have used Qimage pro for some time now. love the ease of printing multiple images per page. Today my wife got on my computer to print a photo she had taken. She showed it to me and I was very impressed. She did it in Photoshop CS.I printed the same photo in Q and there was no contest. My printer has the proper profile and monitor calibrated. Interp is high max vector. What am I doing wrong in Q
