G3 Red Pixels

i recently noticed on majority of my images, 2 red pixels. I know that in LCD's, when certain pixels die they may appear red or off color, and not coordinate with the image. Could someone please help me as to what the red pixels might have been caused by and what i can do to remedy them. Also, what it might potentially cost to repair or replace the camera.
