Please look at this comparison (Epson R800)

This image shows (as best as I can edit it to match what I see on the screen and what I see on the print) how my monitor shows the test image (having been profiled with the Gretag MacBeth EyeOne Display II.

Finally figured out how to set up the Print with Preview data to include the Epson Profile for Heavyweight Matte paper and set up the printer driver to use that (Color Management ICM ICC/ICM Off) Photoshop was set for US Prepress.

As you can see the printed colors are dull and off.

Is the only solution custom color profiling?
