350D Vs. 20D?

What are the differences between 350D and 20D? Especially handling, image quality and noise levels -- preferred by people who have experience with both.

We can skip the obvious differences apparent from the specs: price, wight, ISO 3200 on 20D, max shutter speed, 7 focus points Vs. 9 and 8.0 M Vs.8.2 M.
