Problem with amvona.com

Has anyone else had a problem with this odd little company?

I recently bought a set of autopoles which arrived and were defective. I received no response from this company until I left them negative feedback on eBay. We finally settled the matter through Square Trade on eBay.

I even received a pleasant phone call from a young woman at the company.

This evening I went online to purchase and found myself banned from bidding on their items. I was incredulous since the feedback was withdrawn and I thought everything was settled.

This is not the only product from them that I have had a problem with. Their background stand has already broken but I have had no response from them thus far.

I guess this should serve as a warning to anyone who is thinking of doing business with them.
