20Da and X-ray vision

For some this will be a perfect factory IR camera, but

AFAIK Sony had to limit 7x7 Night Shot {IR Filter removed} to 60/s or slower to eliminate using this mode in daylight. Use of ND filters allowed daylight IR but still only at 60/s. {Court orders or not I don’t know}

If X-ray can see trough some clothes, and bathing suits, how will this affect Canon.
{Or is this just a myth}
