For Northcape & other Sigma 300-800 users

I'm considering this lens and I've done a lot of searches in various DPReview forums, PBase and the mini-reviews that can be googled.

The last comprehensive threads I've read about the Big Bertha are about several months old. Despite the generally favorable impressions among early users, it seems that the Big Bertha has not caught fire with wildlife photographers as successfully as the Bigma.

My query to Jan (Northcape) and other Sigma 300-800 users - are you still using and happy with the 300-800? Is there a change of your impression on the monster zoom after several months of use?
