Macro lens

I was at the photo store today and had a look at the Nikon 105 macro 2.8 and the Sigma 105 macro 2.8. I want to get a lens for macro photo and also use it for portrait. What do you think of these two lenses? Would it be better to wait for the upcoming Sigma 150 macro 2.8 HSM?
