Beware of the continuous focus mode. If used injudiciously, it can be murder on the batteries. I've never actually tried it on the 750Z, but on my old Minolta, it killed the batteries very fast.

In reading the O750 PDF manual, I see something called "continuous
focus" that can be enabled/disabled. Perhaps this is what you are
looking for. Can someone with the camera confirm that this
actually works tracking continuously moving subjects?
