Little known sharpening action
Nov 5, 2004

Hi folks,

Sorry for cross posting this but I wanted to get the word out.

I started using this sharpening action recently and am pretty impressed with the results. It's called the "10D Finisher"

The funny thing is that it was built for the Canon 10D but works great on other files, scans etc.

All the text on the website refers to the 10D so basically read-digest-and-ignore, unless your shooting with the 10D

It takes a while for it to operate, uses three layers so the file can get huge while in action. If your original shot is say 125mp (interpolated up or whatever) it'll get up to a half a gig or more while operating. It finally flattens the image down to the original size. There are quite a few tweaks but I generally use the defaults.

I highly recommend this action. (Win only)

Jules
