our valentin's dinner

This is the dinner I cooked for my husband and me on Valentin's day. He loves vegetable and I love fish. The bottom of the plates are covered with green cucumber, red hearts are made of tomato. White roses at the centre are steamed fish. Just roll the fish before steaming, it would later get the rose shape. It is easy to prepare, took me less than 30 minutes. The only condiment used was salt. Not really fancy flavour, but quite healthy. Both my husband and I enjoyed it.

Notes:	On-camera flash fired. Otherwise no special lighting devices. Cropped and sharpened as usual. Our table has a very punchy orange/brown colour, it competes too much to the tomato's colour. So I desaturated the table's colour in post processing. Hopefully this does not break the rule. Thanks!
